As an adolescent or young adult, you spend much of your day at school, surrounded by new experiences, challenges, and emotions. It’s completely normal to feel overwhelmed at times, especially when stress, anxiety, or sadness start to take over. But even if things feel difficult right now, it doesn’t have to stay that way.
I am a PSYPACT psychologist who specializes in working with adolescents and young adults who struggle with anxiety and depression to get to the root of their challenges so life can be enjoyed. Together, we can work on skills you need to understand your feelings and improve your life!
I am trained in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and specialize in the areas of anxiety, depression, social skills, emotional regulation skills, applying effective problem solving and study skills. I hold the Authorization to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (APIT) to practice telepsychology across state lines in 40 states!
Psychological Evaluations:
In addition to virtual therapy, I offer independent psychoeducational or psychological evaluations. What sets my evaluations apart from local school district evaluations is that I help to answer the question, "Why is my child having difficulty in school?" I offer a comprehensive evaluation to answer your questions as a parent to gain a better understanding of your child. I am an advocate for your child, and together we will use the data from the evaluation in order to provide your child with an optimal learning experience.
