As a teen or young adult, it is completely normal to feel overwhelmed at times, especially when stress, anxiety, or sadness start to take over. But even if things feel difficult right now, it does not have to stay that way!

I specialize in working with teens and young adults who struggle with feeling overwhelmed or stuck to get to the root of their challenges so that life can be enjoyed.

I primarily use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), along with supplemental strategies (mindfulness, emotion regulation, skills training). Together, we’ll co-create goals that feel meaningful and manageable.

Insurance is not accepted at this time. I can provide a superbill to submit to your insurance for potential out of network benefits.
